What moves a kitchen budget most is whether the layout changes. Moving the sink, range or walls means new plumbing, electrical and often structural work, while a same-footprint refresh replaces cabinetry, counters and appliances. Custom millwork, stone and appliance choices account for most of the rest. See kitchen renovations in Toronto for how we plan and price them.
